Free shipping
Shipping is carriage free within (mainland) Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to islands.
Payment options
You may pay by advance payment, Paypal, direct debit order or invoice after credit check.
When paying by direct debit order we will debit your account when the goods leave our warehouse.
Shipping methods
We will ship by post or courier service (e.g. DHL Express). For larger volumes or quantities we use a haulier (e.g. DHL Freight). Standard shipping is mainland Germany.
Prices
All prices are net prices, VAT to be added
Note
Despite all due diligence, goods may be damaged during transport. In this case, we will refund damaged items free of charge.

Please note the following procedure: You must inform Nordpack GmbH immediately on receipt of the goods of any damage during transport.
